Shipping Policy

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

Within Pakistan: 3-5 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
International: 6-10 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to the influx of orders during sales and new collection launches.
Address Modifications:
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been confirmed (including cod and online paid orders).

COURIERS PARTNERS:

Pakistan: Trax, Leopards, TCS & Call courier.

International: DHL & FedEx.

Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in the verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through the online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further.
Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all orders placed on cash on delivery method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check the junk/spam folder as well.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES:

Nationwide delivery is free all across Pakistan. International orders shipping charges are based on destination, size, and weight. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a verification process, and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. If the verification results in failure, the order will be canceled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 6 confirmation calls in the span of 6 days of time. If the order stays unconfirmed after said attempts of calls then it will be canceled.
Orders can be canceled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed, “makfashion” may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

  • Out of stock items Pricing or technical errors.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

Product(s) can be exchanged only following the following terms:

  • Need to notify within 7 days of receiving the order about the exchange.
  • Products must be unused with all the tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be given on the time of exchange or return i.e. sale receipt or order receipt.
  • products bought on sale, promotion, or give gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • The product’s color or look might be different due to lighting used on photoshoots or different screen types used for viewing the product from the photo of the product.
  • We offer refunds only for the defected products/ the proof of defect must be given to us through sending us an email at help@makfashion.com, you can also send us a message on our Facebook page i.e. Mak Fashion | Facebook or you can call us at +92 321-2602958.
